All import taxes, duties, and fees are covered by TJ Swim on all US orders. Nothing extra on delivery — just your order, delivered.
US orders are fulfilled via the USPS postal network. We recommend tracking your parcel closely through the USPS tracking portal. If a parcel is not collected from a USPS post office, it will be returned to sender.
Should a package be returned to sender, a store credit will be issued for the order subtotal, minus the original shipping cost and a $20 admin fee.
Import taxes, duties, and fees are not collected at checkout and may be payable once the parcel reaches the country of destination. Any charges levied upon arrival in your country are at the discretion of your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient to pay on delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering if you have any questions about applicable charges.

TJ Swim is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen parcels that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier. Please ensure there is a safe location for your parcel in the event no one is home at the time of delivery.
